We are looking for a Manager of Development/Casting AP!
This position reports to the Director of Development. This go-getter of a candidate will be an organized, passionate researcher that has excellent people skills and a positive, friendly attitude!
Job Qualifications:
• Research skills a must! Being able to come up with creative ways to find unique stories and talent that could fit within a variety of different formats and genres.
• Must be able to write one-sheets.
• Highly organized; must be able to manage and keep track of multiple spreadsheets and documents.
• Must be comfortable with cold calling (and being persistent) and potentially conducting interviews with talent via Skype.
• Exceptional writing skills and note-taking abilities.
• Team player mentality; being able to be collaborative and bring ideas to the table.
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of projects and work well under pressure.
• Experience in general office software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Skype (Avid experience a plus!)
• Basic knowledge of how to edit casting tapes
• Other duties as assigned
