The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to deliver compelling imagery within budgetary constraints. You should have proven experience in a variety of shooting conditions, have previously shot one or more feature films, a creative eye for framing and lighting, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with the director and production team.

I'm a music video director looking for a Los Angeles-based DP to film a fun road trip-themed music video shoot in Santa Monica and Malibu on 5/16. It's pretty run and gun with a skeleton crew, so would like to bring someone who owns and operates a komodo/bmpcc6kpro/fx3/fx6 + ronin rs3 pro setup or similar. A rig that we can smoothly switch from gimbal to handheld to tripod as needed. ND filter would be crucial as well. Budget for DP is between 500-600 for the day. We are looking for a DP with gear (Sony FS7/FX9 or similar with audio) for one day in San Clemente, CA. We are looking to film an interview for a few hours with one talent for a clip show for Discovery. This interview will be very minimal, but may require simple lighting. Drives will be provided, but will have to offload footage and ship back after the interview. Producer will direct remotely. Interview time will be about 2-3 hours.

Candidate should also be able to run simple audio to camera.
