WE ARE DOING POST FIGHT INTERVIEWS AFTER BYB FIGHT. WE WILL BE IN ONE LOCATION SET UP WITH LIGHTS AND A TRIPOD.

AFTER EACH FIGHT THE FIGHTERS USUALLY COME TO US TO DO THESE INTERVIEWS. WE ARE ONE OF 2 CREWS THERE, THE HOUSE CREW AND US SO IT IS NOT DIFFICULT TO GET INTERVIEWS.

FIELD PRODUCER WILL GET ANSWERS FROM FIGHTERS WITH A STICK MIC. POST FIGHT QUESTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED, BUT LOOKING FOR A SELF STARTER. SPORTS EXPERIENCE A PLUS.

YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO MAKE SURE THE CREW HAS PROPER LIGHTING AND WORK WITH FIGHT ORGANIZATION TO LOCATE A SPOT TO SHOOT.

I WILL BE ON SITE AS WELL AS MY EP BUT WE ARE DOING A LONGER PROFILE STORY ON A FIGHTER BACKSTAGE.

In search of a camera operator for a one day pickup shoot. Ideally this would be someone with their own kit (camera + audio gear, FS7 preferably), who can self report to one location and shoot a quick pickup line. We will have a producer brief you in advance and on a remote call for the duration of the time on site.

Would require uploaded the media to a provided link as quickly as possible after shooting. Would also be required to run sound for this line. Participant will be prepped and have the line in advance. This is located in San Diego.

Perma-lance 3 month Creative Producer role on an in-house studio team in Atlanta, GA. Please see above requirement questions before submitting. Possibility of extension to EOY if right fit. This role is for a global company with time zones often extending beyond standard EST.

ROLE DETAILS:
Understand and predict video production scope and budgeting so as to properly
align concepts, ideas, and programs with expected or required budget parameters.

This understanding should extend to all aspects and executions of video production
from one man band, guerilla production to network television including scripting,
casting, art direction, talent direction, location scouting, wardrobe, hair & makeup, on-location, or in-studio production.

• Actively lead and manage the production of premium, high-level projects and ensure their timely delivery, on time, on budget & with creative producing at the forefront
• When needed, create and present pitch decks
• Concept, Write Scripts, Idea development
• Define scope on all projects thoroughly
• Pre-production & budget building when needed
• Engage with clients on all levels of project, clear communication at every stage.
• Produce and direct on location/set
• Quality Assurance
• Oversee post-production and final delivery
• Wrap out project, document releases, costs & project files.
• Actively interact with the client to ensure that the client’s creative vision is realized in the projects being produced and to manage expectations.
• Continually push to raise the bar for the quality and production value of the content that StudioNow produces and bring a rolodex of talented animators, editors, DP's, etc
• Continually seek creative and innovative ways to produce innovative video content for while maximizing available budget(s)


When appropriate, work closely with brand / client teams to:

• Help sell through creative concepts to potential clients
• Follow standard review process and quality assurance process for all videos
• Resolve elevated/prolonged customer service/production issues.

Job Description
BYUtv is seeking an innovative and experienced freelance unscripted producer to work as a network producer for BYUtv. You will oversee a variety of unscripted programming from initial development through current production and final delivery. The producer will work directly with our internal content team at BYUtv and will work in close contact with our Director of Content and/or Executive Producers.

The primary focus for this position will be on BYUtv but the producer may be assigned to oversee projects for any BYU Broadcasting channel/property.

Assigned development and production activities include:
Casting and design
Creation of new formats and series in partnership with external production companies
Noting episodes from rough cut to final delivery
Working closely with internal and external producers, cast, and crew throughout the development, production, and post-production process, including auxiliary materials (press materials, marketing assets, etc.)
Working closely with the production management team to help oversee and enforce budgets schedules
Working closely with internal marketing managers to ensure alignment between content and marketing

Requirements
Equivalent work experience as an unscripted network/studio executive OR as a co-executive level producer (or above) on original unscripted programming, including formatted reality, competition series, and less structured series such as docuseries and premium documentary features, limited or full series
An established strategic and creative record of developing commercially and critically successful programming
Demonstrated knowledge of the unscripted series production process
Deep understanding of a family friendly and co-viewing audience
Strong existing relationships with production companies, agents, writers, producers, etc.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once and be able to manage and clearly communicate creative expectations
Ability to troubleshoot creative and production related issues with both internal and external production partners
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees
Must have the creative taste and judgment to operate within BYUtv’s editorial guidelines
