Latchkey Films, a documentary production company based in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a production assistant who can help with development projects. This person should be proficient in AVID and know how to bring in footage and organize projects in AVID. Also will help with research and development, and other PA tasks when possible.

Klein Creative Media is a local Redondo Beach production company that specializes in (but is not limited to) real estate, business, and drone videos. We are currently seeking someone to permanently fill the position of Office Assistant. Typical responsibilities of the office assistant include: creating call sheets, coordinating with clients and crew members, organizing and filing around the office, doing simple errands, and being the overall right-hand to the owner of Klein Creative Media.

This job requires someone who can multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently and as a collaborative team. This is an entry-level position.

Preference will be given to the candidates residing in the local South Bay area. A driver's license and a form of reliable transportation is required.

We are currently offering between 20-30 hours per week, M-F, with the possibility of the hours extending into full-time. The starting compensation is above California minimum wage.

A San Francisco based tech company is looking for a production assistant to join a producer and videographer for a 2 day shoot, which includes an interview + b-roll at a local restaurant. We'll be filming a testimonial with a current client of ours.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist production with runs, loading and unloading a small amount of gear, setting up production gear, lunch pick-up (we'll try to order delivery), appearance releases, etc. For B-roll we're also looking to film a "lunch scene with diners" on Wednesday so ideally you're okay being on camera (hands mostly). Myself and our director would be at the table with you, basically just making it look like a group of friends at a restaurant for b-roll.

We're filming Tuesday 5/14 + Wednesday 5/15. The days are roughly 8:30am - 5pm but we're hoping to wrap a little earlier on Wednesday.

Rate is $350/day + reimbursement for expenses/mileage.

This position provides management, leadership and oversight across a logistic-heavy production with many moving parts and tight timelines to stay on top of.

This role will work closely with the EP/Showrunner in the field, reporting to the company’s Production Executive in LA to ensure the production is fully supported to meet the creative needs, whilst staying on schedule and on budget, ensuring the safety of cast and crew are always a priority.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production management, ensuring creative and logistic expectations are met by facilitating communication, thinking strategically, leveraging efficiencies, utilizing local resources and relationships while maximizing budgetary and schedule parameters.

This person must have a strong background in production management on docu-series.

SKILLS:
- Experience with overseeing production logistics on various documentary and reality shows

Searching for Production Assistants to add to a small crew filming a documentary outside the Houston area.
 
Essential responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Driving the Production Vehicles with Crew and Gear
* Picking up craft service and crew meals.
* Assist the camera team with B-Roll locations & Shoots 
* Assist the Producers with obtaining releases and scanning archival material as needed
* Ok with long drives to location and runs.
Basic Requirements:
* 1+ years of entertainment experience required
* Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours
* Must be able to pick up and carry at least 50lbs
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must be okay working 12 hour day

Looking for an experienced set PA for a small crew.

You will be supporting a small crew with runs and setting up anything necessary. PA duties include tending to crew, any runs that may need to happen, picking up crafty/lunch order, picking up/returning gear. Must have a valid driver's license. Production will provide a Mini Van rental. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and small crews.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Plain City, OH.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Unload/load trailers, install portable dance floor, Pipe & Drape, Tech assist with light towers, sound, LED Video wall; taping cables.

My team will be the leads and we are looking for 3-4 helpers.

Approx 8 hours for setup, 6 hours for strike.

Setup: Wednesday May 15, 7:30 PM call time; 8-10 hour shift.

Strike: Sunday May 19, Noon call time, 6-8 hour shift.

You would help our challenge producer, build a door frame on set before cast shows up. It would be about 2 hours. You have to be able to lift a 4x4x10. You are only setting up 3 door frames.

We are a small crew looking for a Production Assistant local to NY/NJ Area. Previous set experience is a must!

This position will require driving of company minivans and cargo vans, along with crew and gear. Eligibility will be based on a driving/background check.

Should be knowledgeable about the area and freeways. Must be comfortable going on runs and assisting with crew meals. As well as assisting with different departments on an as-needed basis.
