Looking for an office production assistant for a documentary television series. The position will be mostly office-based, but there may be some runs. The ability to drive in NYC would be a huge plus, but not a requirement.

The ideal candidate has:
* Some experience in production
* is somewhat familiar with the process from preproduction through delivery
* some experience in an office setting and is extremely organized
* has some familiarity with gear

The job includes:
* assisting production team with email, phone setup, office supplies, shipping
* preparing team to go out in the field - gear runs, supply runs, making travel packets, start paperwork packets, assisting Prod. Coord. with travel arrangements
* keeping track & filing of production documentation (releases, call sheets, production reports)
* Keeping PO log, Amex reconciling, petty cash reports
* Assisting AP's with research, archival, etc.
* Assisting with transcription

Previous experience working on a long term gig is a plus. Looking for someone for 1-2 months to start, with the possibility of extending longer.
