Adamit Productions is an emerging media company based in Hackensack, NJ.

We are currently seeking a jack-of-all trades type editor/ studio staff person to join our team full time.

Because we are a small team, we need someone to assist in other areas as well, such as camera assisting when needed.

We need someone who:
- Has at least 5 years experience in working with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Can edit different types of content, such as interviews and social media sorts
- Has on set experience
- Has at least some camera experience
- Has drive and a good attitude
- Experience with motion graphics and sound design a plus

Pay is salaried for 8/hr days 5 days a week

Job Description
Finance news brand is seeking an experienced video editor to edit engaging, informative and timely video features, recurring series episodes and in-depth interviews. The video editor will regularly work on segments ranging from eight to 10 minutes with opportunities to expand stories to 25 minutes for OTT platforms.

These originals will be expected to capture viewers' attention through their sharp perspective, approachable style, and clear relevance to the biggest investments and financial questions investors face. You will help spearhead execution across a range of programming formats.

You will work closely with reporters, studio, graphics, and more to elevate brand’s feature video stories. You will be expected to be a strong collaborator and execute an efficient video production process to ensure clean, final delivery. Attention to detail, clear communication and being mindful of deadlines are a must. Strong candidates will be comfortable balancing a variety of projects and deadlines while working with different producers.

Responsibilities:
- Edit original features using Adobe Premiere, for audiences across our daily live distribution onsite and off, YouTube, and major social platforms.
- Help conceptualize, manage and execute visually dynamic, original edits in a deadline-driven environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the workings of company systems including proprietary infrastructures, working with the post support team to source and acquire assets as necessary for projects.
- Communicate in an appropriate and timely manner to relay issues and concerns about individual edits, technical issues and deadlines.
- Regularly update media and project tracking documents as necessary.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues with the IT team and post management.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience editing narrative features for onsite and OTT.
- An exceptional storyteller with a proven track record of editing high-quality, original field production with the audience and platform in mind.
- Proficient with Adobe Premiere.
- Must be experienced working with graphic templates and MGRTS within premiere. AfterEffects experience preferred.
- Comfortable sourcing pictures, video, soundbite from subscriptions services, including AP, Reuters, Getty, etc.

Returning cooking competition series seeking Editors to join the team! Applicants should only apply if they have prior food or competition experience (food competition a plus). The positions would start in May and run through July.

Daily rate for a 10 hour day.

We are looking to add an in house Colorist that will be available during online / color for various shows.

We are building out a Color bay and will need someone to fill it when we have shows in the pipeline. Currently the first show will be late July early August

Coloring shows for various Networks (Netflix, Discovery, Hallmark) that may require HDR / UHD workflows.

We are looking for a colorist for a 20 minute short documentary. The footage is 4k RAW shot on RED Komodo and Sony Fs7's cut in Resolve. This is a 2-3 day job with possible additional days but this has a hard delivery date so it won't extend more than one extra day. The finishing here will be happening right up against the delivery deadline so we will need quick turnarounds for reviews.

Hybrid - Two Days In Office/3 Days Remote - 3 Month Contract

We are looking for a post-producer who is seasoned in short-form content and commercials for a 3-month, full-time contract from May to July. The candidate preferred has at least 3-5 years of post experience, understands creating and updating post calendars, onboarding editors and AEs, can manage frame.io, amongst other things, and is client-forward when needed.

A knowledge of the following software a plus: Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, DaVinci Resolve, Monday.com, Wrapbook, iOS, and various media management platforms.

Busy Post Production studio is looking for an experienced night assistant editor for a docufollow series. Tasks include organizing and ingesting footage, grouping and syncing footage with audio, and prepping sequences for edit. This position is for a night shift supporting an edit team in the UK and candidates should be comfortable working nights and weekends.

Our pace is fast and furious, so we're looking for experienced AEs who can work quickly and keep track of multiple tasks. Experience with Avid and a willingness to work in office full time are a must!

Once hired, you will submit timecards or invoices and be paid weekly.
