Our production unit is looking for a Shooter/Producer to join our growing team in Texas. This position will be key as an in-house creative on the field for quick-turnaround shoots. The Shooter/Producer will work closely with key Executive partners in the company to ensure consistent look and feel for assigned projects. Experience functioning as a one-person-band is necessary since it will be a standard part of the job. Pay is negotiable based on gear and experience. This position will be located in Waco, TX.

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to ensure an elevated look on an array of shoots, including interviews, on-set BTS coverage, verité shoots, live events, and structured productions including custom builds, reveals, and everything in between.
- Direct talent in the field to secure necessary coverage for assigned projects.
- Partner with our internal production unit in management of media, audio, video, and sound equipment, tools, gear, and facilities.

Requirements:
- 5-7+ years as Cinematographer/DP and/or Producer highly preferred
- Ability to execute a one-man-band shoots (including lighting and audio, building camera rigs, releases, interviews etc.)
- Ability to shoot creatively in dynamic unplanned scenarios
- Be extremely organized and able to shoot for multiple storylines simultaneously
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit, effective interpersonal skills
