We are in search of a Production Assistant to help with event coverage on June 1, 2024 in the Morningside Heights neighborhood in Manhattan.

This PA will assist the DP and Producer in capturing the event. Additionally, the PA may also be needed to help capture interviews. This PA should be reliable and professional. Experience and comfort with equipment are a plus.

Looking for two reliable and trustworthy production assistants to join us on an upcoming studio shoot 5/20-5/22.

The right candidates should feel comfortable lifting heavy objects, going on runs, assisting with setup and break down, and most importantly can drive a Cube Truck.

Studio is located in East Hanover, NJ .

Seeking experienced production assistant for upcoming corporate video production shoot in NYC on 5/20-5/24. Ideal candidate is comfortable moving gear, making runs, ordering lunch and supporting the needs of the set as necessary.

Looking for production assistants to support us for filming in NYC from 7/2 - 7/8 for a docu-follow series. Duties will include: airport runs, set & crew support, loading in / out of gear, meal & supply shopping runs, and appearance release signing assistance. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

We are a small crew looking for a Production Assistant local to NY/NJ Area. Previous set experience is a must!

This position will require driving of company minivans and cargo vans, along with crew and gear. Eligibility will be based on a driving/background check.

Should be knowledgeable about the area and freeways. Must be comfortable going on runs and assisting with crew meals. As well as assisting with different departments on an as-needed basis.

• Day Rate: $16.67 / hour

• Travel / Self Report: You will need your own vehicle to travel / self report to the crew hotel / interview location on the production day.
• Production minivan will be provided to commute from crew hotel to shoot locations and back.
• Production minivan will also be provided for runs.

• Do you own your vehicle in which you can report to / leave from crew hotel and / or set location on shoot dates?

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production is also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and good driving record are required.
