Attention Wichita PA's!

We're seeking two Production Assistants for a non-union Hulu documentary shoot in Wichita, Kansas, lasting 6-7 days.

Shoot Dates:

Start: Sunday June 16th, 2024
End: Either Saturday June 22nd or Sunday June 23rd, 2024 (with 1 potential dark day in between)
Responsibilities:

- Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving production vehicles (mini-vans, SUV or cargo vans).
- Transportation duties include: airport pickups, gear pickups, errands ("runs"), and equipment transport.
- Assist with set logistics: lunch orders, unloading gear cases, set cleaning, and furniture movement.
- Administrative tasks: printing and scanning documents.

Requirements:

Local to Wichita, Kansas, or willing to work as a local (accommodation, mileage, and tolls not provided by production).
Available to work for the entire shoot duration June 16th to June 23rd, 2024

The production assistant will support the production of moving rental cars. Must be 25 Or Older To Drive Rental Cars Starts.

ISO of a seasoned PA to join a field team traveling to MA and CA. Must be able to drive a van and comfortable assisting with gear and various production runs.

Need support Production Assistants to come be a part of our merry band of travelers bringing a new show for Discovery/Max to town. Think American Pickers or Antique Roadshow in terms of the style and logistics we will be dealing with. We'll be tied to the filming locations (the homes) without any real company moves once we get rolling. Every filming day we have had so far in our first four episodes has started after the sun was up and finished before the sun is down. Lovely!

ISO people experienced with on-set protocol and communication, can-do attitude and comfortability in fast-paced shooting environments.

12 hrs - have had virtually no OT on this show

Production Assistants Needed

Seeking experienced Production Assistant for reality show filming in various location. Ideal hire is someone who knows the city well and can be proactive on set.

• Travel / Self Report: You will need your own vehicle to travel / self report to the crew hotel on production days.
• Production minivan will be provided to commute from crew hotel to shoot locations and back.
• Production minivan will also be provided for runs.

Paychecks come from our payroll company Cast & Crew. We cannot invoice for labor. $12.50 - $18.75 (Hourly)

Looking for a LOCAL experienced Production Assistant near Old Saybrook, CT. Will be working with a small crew and must work well with others and ideally know the surrounding area. Crew comes into town this day, so will need assistance with crew pickup from the airport, gear pickups, etc.

Rate: $236/12 hour day.

Tentative Schedule:
6/11 - Crew travels into Hartford, CT
6/12 - Work
6/13 - Crew travels out to Hartford, CT
