Position: Small Claims Court Researcher (Stringer)

Job description: Stringer/researcher will go to courts to research information contained in pending small claims cases. In some instances, stringer may need to drive a good distance to and from courts. Driving time is paid for, and mileage is reimbursed. Stringer will need to stay in regular and frequent contact with NBC Universal office. This is a FREELANCE position (not employed by NBCU).

Requirements: Self-motivated, efficient, professional and organized, good communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, technical skills, and possess a working car with insurance. Legal/court knowledge is helpful, but not necessary.

You must fulfill weekly obligation consistently to retain position. This is a part-time (appx 8-10 hours per week), partial year job, with approximately 3 months of employment.
