Overview: The Marketing, Data & Operations organization plays a central role in the *** Streaming Group, responsible for the Consumer & Growth Marketing, Data & Insights and Business Operations for *** & *** + at the cornerstone of growth across the free and pay streaming markets.
We are seeking a Manager, Campaign Management Off-Platform Partnerships with an understanding of digital marketing, partnerships, and creative production & operations to support campaigns related to off-platform partnerships marketing initiatives across multiple external partners. Join the team!
Role and Responsibilities:The Manager, Campaign Management Off-Platform Partnerships supports projects for Partnerships Marketing via end-to-end project management, asset & production tracking, and cross-functional campaign support to ensure cohesive, integrated workflows, communication, and strategies through the business. They will also work cross-functionally with many internal teams such as Creative Marketing, Program Marketing, Content Strategy, Design, *** Management, Lifecycle, *** Strategy and Product Marketing to ensure all are working in concert with one another to hit key campaign benchmarks.
The Manager, Campaign Management Off-Platform Partnerships will be responsible for project management workflows, building and establishing relationships with external brand partners and our P+ internal teams, solving complex challenges and collaborating to set priorities across initiatives and projects. We are looking for a highly collaborative individual who has demonstrated partnerships and creative operations/production experience leading highly complex projects and campaigns in a matrixed organization, helping to launch them on time and on budget. This means that you are a problem solving, production & communication expert, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to bridge competing priorities amongst cross-functional partners, all while providing the Partnerships Marketing team the room needed to focus on strategy and creative *** asset development.
Your Day-To-Day: - Point of contact for Off-Platform Partnerships Marketing team to manage the day-to-day asset needs of all partners.
- Set & track timelines based on established workflows, and identify individual project needs to help manage teams toward key breakthroughs - adjusting to avoid time-sensitive bottlenecks and enable pivots as needed.
- Prepare and distribute status reports and achievement calendars.
- Maintain oversight of deliverables status and facilitate approval routing, while ensuring all assets are targeted to deliver on time and on budget, alerting Partnerships Marketing, external partners and leadership of any variations to schedule.
- Set meetings, send agendas & cross-functional communication, and share recaps & next steps.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal & external partners, driving a culture of collaboration to create achievable and measurable project plans.
Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years working in 360 campaign project management with experience in digital marketing, creative production, or partnerships
- BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Production or related field or relevant experience
- Experience working with various roles across internal teams and external partners at all levels of a corporate organization, shepherding a project from intake through delivery.
Additional Qualifications: - Proven history of leading complex projects and campaigns with tight deadlines and multiple dependencies across numerous groups
- Fluency in creative production processes and the ability to effectively collaborate with partners when compressed timelines put project timelines at risk and help work towards workable solutions
- Understanding of the complete campaign lifecycle from strategy through to execution
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels across various departments
- Adaptable, flexible and able to change gears quickly and nimbly when changes happen to processes and projects.
- Experience managing campaign lifecycle applying task and workflow management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Airtable or similar tools.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems such as Google Suite and Sharepoint

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 130,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
