- Produce viewer driven, compelling out of town highlights for both Yankees and Nets pregame/postgame shows while coordinating with the lead producer to execute his vision of the telecast, as well as collaborate with talent to break any stories that are developing around the MLB and NBA. - Supervise and lead a team of loggers with the know-how to determine which games to follow along with choosing the best storylines related to our broadcast, in addition to delegating duties among researchers and video operators while on air. - Sustain communication throughout our entire broadcast with the production team for unscripted material to be added while on air and being able to utilize all resources available to execute those demands in a highly competitive environment.

- Produce streams for live events through our content management system (CMS) in conjunction with other groups to assure quality and an optimal viewer experience across all digital platforms (desktop, OTT, mobile) for all major sporting events, while monitoring traffic streams using digital analytic tools to track concurrencies. - Assist internal groups and outside vendors with testing on upgrades and enhancements to our player and NBC Sports apps to identify as well as mitigate any issues to promote seamless streams while on air. - Provide support within our digital media products and escalating any incidents to the proper teams involved along with troubleshooting any occurrence that will effect users of those products.

• Assigned Project Manager working alongside engineering and different vendors on product development and other projects that would serve as a benefit to the department creating a more efficient workflow based on our findings and results. This also included using metrics and benchmarks for tracking and reporting to all parties involved. • Designated as Tech Lead to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for all encoding applications (Vantage, The Platform, Elemental) when any new or revised settings were implemented and assist IT in the deployment of those changes. • Oversaw Video on Demand (VOD) operations for the launch of the TV Everywhere campaign for DirectTV and Xfinity that required over 900 hours of content at commencement in a span of two months.

• Monitor live national televised ESPN sporting events for broadcast on auxiliary networks (ESPN3.com, ESPN Full Court, ESPN Gameplan) ensuring on air precision and quality. • Switch breaks out of local affiliates as coordinated by the Assistant Director and remain in communication with site for any alterations during live events. • Operate master control automation software assuring the accuracy of logs for live ESPN sports programming.

• Developed sequences to ensure the preservation of closed captioning and time code enabling for efficiency onto broadcast server as well as manage all media that was stored onto the Avid ISIS server. • Implemented graphics (fact bumps, titles, show updates, lower thirds, credits) for all A+E Networks (A&E, History Channel, Lifetime, Biography, History International, History Espanol), to be used for air while working along with the editor and producer to ensure accuracy and quality of product. • Administered all ingest and outputs of A+E Networks Programming (A&E, History Channel, Lifetime, Biography, History International, History Espanol, CIN) in both SD and HD formats and prioritized workflow through airdates.

• Composed offline edits (string outs, cut downs) and assembled media into sequences that were used in a feature documentary. • Responsible for digitizing footage captured in both SD and HD formats and managing media onto an Avid Unity Server. • Layoff and compress media weekly to post on ftp site for stakeholders and film producers.
