Was a remote position reporting to the EP consulting on scripts, many revisions, and post production edits, and liaised with the host and EP on numerous occasions. My deep experience in social justice doc space weighed heavily in them asking me to assist.

Executive Producer/ Director Specializing in long and short form content. Development and production of video/promo projects.  Created “one sheets” and presented multi-show pitches to ABC, Vice, Paramount Network, BET, and TV One.  Created “A Mother’s Cry”, an investigative docu-series hosted by NFL linebacker Ray Lewis profiling real stories of teen gun violence. Developed concept, wrote treatment and assisted with pitch to HBO.  Developed visual concept and shot 7 Instagram videos for 5-time Grammy winner Israel Houghton; videos all outperformed expectations, achieving up to 80k views.  Devised innovative digital broadcast strategy (Instagram), a treatment, social media promotion plan, and crowd-funding approach for a documentary film “Let the Light In”.  Created Versus, an in depth take on the celebrity interview tv show with an innovative interview twist.  Conceived and created online brand Breakupedia (http://breakupedia.org/); authored daily blog, raised initial seed funding, guided creation of brand identity, developed social media/SEO strategy, and wrote/directed promo videos and infomercials. Also authored book on the same subject.

Produced promotional videos for a wide range of high-profile clients including Pfizer, Burger King, Showtime, EA Sports, Motorola, BMW, Johnson& Johnson and Miramax.  Researched, wrote and directed multiple documentary style promos for new movies; worked directly with movie studio heads to produce 25+ promos and 6 infomercials

both short form and long form projects. Created the content for two digital channels that were launched.
