Oversaw original and third party long form programming on MTV2, guiding both series and episodic story arcs. Developed, produced and supervised original programming on mtvU. Managed daily production activities, oversaw budget, staffing, sizzle reels, and served as liaison with all ancillary departments including Marketing, Press, Programming, Promos, Licensing and Digital.

Shows were a combination of multi-cam live-to-tape truck shoots and verite docu-reality segments chronicling the journey of students competing for cash prizes. Oversaw budgets, staff, scripts, formats, production schedules, set design, lighting design, talent booking, editorial, audio mix, clearances, and delivery.
