Wolf Gordon is a leading provider in luxury interior furnishings. I was hired to art direct their 2013 look book which consisted on 9 interior photographs. I was in charge of creative concept, prop sourcing, hiring set designers, stylists, billing/budget and wrap.

EZ productions focuses on A list entertainment and editorial clients. I sourced all props, client approval on designs, deliveries/pickups, account set ups/card authorizations, set styling, and all the other weird things that pop up in production.

My previous supervisor left ABC and created his own production company broadening his range of brands. We’ve worked closely over the years on a number editorial and entertainment advertisements. With my experience in budget and project management, production administration, and vendor sourcing, jumping to Coordinator was an exciting and natural shift. 

At Disney/ABC I started as an art department assistant and was promoted up the ladder to Photo Art Director. I worked with the Director of Photography creating concepts for multi-platform collateral for multiple seasons of Castle, The Bachelor, and The Bachelorette. After approval I sourced, styled, pre-production, and wrap.

I was in charge of managing the cast of Desperate Housewives during a promotional/advertising shoot.

I assisted Todd Fjelsted in very elaborate sets for ABC's Lost for two seasons. My primary responsibility was to create the jungle aspects of each shot. Not really sure how to describe how to create 9 jungles on a sound stage but I did, and it was amazing.

I was hired as an office assistant for pre-production, filming, and post production phases of the show The Factory. I provided support for all department heads and was promoted to Locations Assistant during filming. I scouted, negotiated, acquired proper permits, and managed locations.

The Costume Designer on my previous gig hired me on as an assistant for Mind of Mencia. I learned high level organization, on the fly changes, sourcing specialty items, pickups/deliveries, account set-ups, and basic wardrobe maintenance.
