Hired to expand Splash into a full-fledged television production company. In charge of developing, writing and producing fiction and nonfiction shows for broadcast. Developed and produced Fighting Tuna (Discovery) and developed talent for Auction Kings (Discovery). Work with talent, network executives, agents, lawyers, managers and producers regarding identifying and signing talent, developing projects and formats, writing treatments and creating sales materials.
