● Responsible for creating and managing production schedule ● Upon final script approval coordinates all logistics of shoot ● Breaks down script to list all props and wardrobe ● Must be available to travel for location shoots ● Helps to coordinate lodging and travel with Office Manager for all location shoots ● Combs scripts to make props and wardrobe list. Delegates to PAs to get them and have them on set. ● Schedules crew ● Secures locations ● Work with LPJL Ambassador and writers to coordinate talent ● Organizes equipment for shoot ● Responsible for creating corresponding equipment sign-out sheet ● Copies and distributes scripts to crew and talent ● Obtains all necessary releases & permits ● Required to be on set to ensure production stays on schedule ● Must ensure production is wrapped properly ● Reconcile all shoot expenses ● Responsible for return of props and wardrobe ● Maintains equipment inventory ● Responsible to keep stock of all production expendibles , ie batteries, bulbs, cards, etc. Post Production Responsibilities ● Responsible for creating and managing post production schedule ● Schedules editors ● Ensures all shoot files are transferred and properly backed up on LPJL’s main production drive ● Ensures all final video projects files are transferred and organized to share drive ● Manages editor to confirm delivery final videos
