-Supervised creation, edit, quality control and delivery of over 2500 hours of educational video and graphic content for graduate level university degree programs and medical schools. Created edit, graphic and delivery processes and schedules tailored to each program's needs. -Authored multiple SOPs for post-production workflows. Created internal/external company-wide process and system for maintaining privacy/security of media materials containing HIPAA. -Helped spearhead implementation of company-wide MAM system. Experience filming and conducting media management in very remote locations. -Extensive post production experience: creating workflows, supervising edits, color and mix sessions, delivering/versioning media for multiple platforms and countries. Strong, thorough understanding of production legal: S&P, clearances, releases, licenses and fair use guidelines. Established and built relationships with vendors and freelancers across the U.S.

-Wrote, produced and post produced 3 :60 shows for Nat Geo Wild and Smithsonian channels. Responsible for overall creative and technical execution of shows, from pre-production through delivery. Kept productions under budget and on schedule. -Helped design underwater camera for capturing nighttime predation in tiger sharks -Worked closely with Discovery Channel to deliver full 360 VR act of one of our programs for Shark Week 2016. Trained crew in use of VR rig and media management.

-Built an in-house post-production facility with seven edit suites from the ground up for production company. Purchased and maintained all equipment, including hard drives, computers, cameras, and various software programs. Devised long-term archival solution for all media materials. Researched new developments in post-production and adjusted workflows and equipment to accommodate changing technical landscape. -Oversaw edit and final domestic and international delivery of over 50 hours of programming for various networks. Responsible for meeting all network technical requirements, resolving QC issues and keeping post department under budget and on schedule. -Supervised teams of editors, assistant editors, sound mixers, and colorists. Trained field crews in proper media management techniques. Extensive experience working with international vendors and on shoots spanning many countries/continents. -Responsible for working with legal team, obtaining rights and clearances for all third- party materials in show, and adhering to all network standards and practices. -Extensive experience working with file-based delivery systems, MAM systems, LTO archive, 4K and UHD workflows and deliverables.
