• Responsible for all production and operational aspects for two-hour live primetime network award show including all aspects of remote location shoots • Manage a multi-million-dollar budget and cash flow, a full-time production team and multiple freelance design and technical crews • Direct reports include but not limited to; Line Producer, Production Management, Tech Manager, Talent Management and Covid Protocol team.

Produced ancillary remotes and comedy bits both live and edited for playback into live show.

• Roundtable discussion with five celebrity fathers discussing the reality of being a black father • Shot at the Beverly Hills hotel garden; 6 camera shoot culminating in a one-hour special

• Two-hour special honoring everyday black fatherhood with a concentration on remote shoots throughout the country to capture the honorees with their family and community. • Oversaw post-production schedule to assure approval deadlines met for live to tape broadcast • Worked closely with OWN Business and Legal Affairs to assure all honorees were properly vetted and background checked

• Oversaw remote shoot for David Letterman Nominee Presentation • Secured location, permitting and crew in accordance with full union rules and regulations

• Responsible for all aspects of the global live telecast and experiential events for the Miss Universe and Miss USA competitions, seen in over 100 countries • Created and managed a multi-million budget in addition to Good and Services contracted with the host country/city • Organized and lead creative and design surveys to determine venue viability and remote locations. • High level of communication with political and business leaders
