Manage a staff of over 30 producers, editors, freelance contractors, and technicians for both the New York and Los Angeles offices of an industry-leading, full-service, end-to-end post-production company. Company clients include major U.S. premium television channels/content producers, top-level streaming platforms/content producers, and other Fortune 500 companies. Oversee all aspects of day-to-day company expenditures and facility finances and report findings directly to Office Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Recruit, hire, and train various freelance and contract professionals for work on both documentary and scripted projects for major media companies. Coordinate all aspects of deliverables on time-sensitive, high-profile projects, including managing studio duties, equipment rentals, editorial rooms, and color and audio. Administer comprehensive project tracking system to ensure all materials are delivered, catalogued, and accessible to future projects.
