Launched new post company focused on VFX, beauty, 2D, and 3D work for high-end commercial and music video industries; generated $1M of sales in the first 12 months of opening company. Projects have been nominated &/or won over 75 awards; including 3 personal MTV VMA Best VFX award nominations (1 win). Continually oversee all aspects of business including client development and communication; creation and standardization of VFX workflow and 2D & 3D pipelines; produce shot spreadsheets and tracking system, hire and supervise 2D & 3D artists (including O-1 visa hires), on-set VFX supervision (operate 2nd camera unit as needed), and manage overall facility workflow. Have negotiated and handled contracts for three office buildings leases, with required wiring, engineering plans and build outs. To date, have produced 300+ projects, handling all post stages from initial bid thru final delivery.
