Executed a bulk of the color correction and the photo retouching. Assisted in producing responsibilities and post production when additional support was needed. Taught junior associates in production and post production workflow. Managed and delighted responsibilities to my direct reports as well as managed the hirings, reviews, promotions, and terminations. Oversaw camera and video postproduction budget for the fiscal year. Handled equipment maintenance and technical needs of various departments.
