Led a team of assistant editors in the post-production process for multiple docu-reality TV series. Designed and coordinated the end-to-end post-production workflow; assisted with pre-production and post-production planning, hired, trained, and supervised the assistant editing team, and collaborated with editors and producers. Oversaw scheduling for the edit team and the finishing team, tracked progress and made sure deadlines were met. Managed and maintained office technology and purchased necessary equipment and services. Worked closely with the client to ensure that the show and all deliverables were completed and turned in on time.
