Coordinate all logistics for a traveling reality renovation show (which shoots 2 episodes per traveling week, managing 1 of the 2 sets on my own). Obtain city and location permits. Manage all travel bookings for production crew and talent: flights, hotels, ground transportation, creating and distributing travel memos. Serve as a talent liaison for high profile talent’s special demands or requests while traveling. Work closely with the Executive and Supervising Producer to create production schedule, call sheets and provide notes for production reports. Negotiate with vendors for equipment, expendables, dumpsters, cleaning services and overnight security. Provide craft services and production meals throughout each shoot week. Manage set PAs and delegate responsibilities as needed throughout the production. Reconcile Pcards and petty cash transactions, track costs, and process invoices.

Conducted extensive research. Annotated all scripts, formatted VO scripts, and liaised with the network's S&P Researcher. Acquired stock footage from archives and footage houses. Assisted editors using Avid's ScriptSync.
