-Conceptualize, develop and present creative decks, proof of concept and sizzles for clients. -Create and oversee budgets for simultaneously running projects; feature films as well as commercial and episodic productions. -Seek out, hire, and manage office and production staff for day to day operations as well as on-set crew. -Design flexible production schedules and coordinate with a full-time staff working on concurrent productions to ensure timely project management. -Communicate the progress, developments, and budget throughout the production process and adjust in tandem alongside the executive team. -Oversee proper documentation and management of all assets and archival footage and fair usage propositions. -Manage work flow and keep timely production schedule during company move from in-office agency to WFH production.

-Create production schedules, call sheets, and overall documentation for all live shoots. -Coordinate footage distro with multiple concurrent shoots and ensuring on-time deliverables with cross-country edit rooms operating simultaneously. -Story Producing, pitching new development to and alongside director and EP, and creating casting documents with foresight to the projects long-term story goals. -R&D for all archival footage, working with legal to manage and procure all usage rites and negotiating rates for all usage. -Hiring and managing all vendors and crew for shoots in multiple cities across the country. -Overseeing all daily operations including payroll, scheduling, reconciling daily shoot budgets and creating weekly budget reports.
