Unboxed all the necessary plates for the competition rounds, Ironed all of the set aprons, napkins, and table runners that were used for filming, washed the plates after each round and packed them back into their boxes to be ready for transport that night.

Cold Calling extras and helping Coordiator with anything needed.

Handed out name tags for the family members and helped keep the crowd under control.

Obtained releases, helped with lighting and equipment setup and tear down

Runner, in charge of walkies, scouted lunch locations, took and placed orders. Organized pelican cases when needed. Carried equipment and loaded cargo van. Did some sewing for Art Dept. and assisted them whenever needed.

In charge of going through the script and finding the props/back drops need for each scene. Then shopping and pricing props for multiple shooting locations.

Transported crew and talent to set, runner, and crafty organizer. We were outside in the cold almost everyday so I made sure hand warmers, warm drinks, and water was always readily available to the crew. Assisted the casting producer get releases promptly from those that would be on camera.

Used walkees, Runner for Field Coordinator, drove vehicles ranging from mini van to 15 passenger to transport crew to location, carried equipment, locked down rooms for filming, kept crafty table stocked and clean.

Hired as PA. Quickly taught how to slate scenes. Ran cable, carried equipment and helped set up for camera. Then did anything and everything else they needed me to do.

Carried equipment, in charge of craft services and photos for deliverables, greeked products for filming, and made runs for field producer.
