• Stage Manager for Happily Ever After—Magic Kingdom’s Nighttime Spectacular—leading the Pyrotechnic, Video, Audio, and Lighting crews in the setup, performing, and strike of the show while keeping current with and upholding regulations and polices placed by ATF, OSHA, FDOT, RCES, and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.

• Manager on Duty for Magic Kingdom Entertainment’s Technical Operations, providing Leadership support for Stage Tech crews over multiple stages, and partnering with Tech Leads and other non Entertainment departments to ensure successful execution of all daily operating stage shows and maintaining the locations where they take place. • Work in a fast-paced, unionized environment, responsible for holding Staff and Self accountable for upholding Company policies and terms of the STCU Collective Bargaining Agreement and IATSE Local 631 Addendum.

Led crew of up to 10 Video Technicians in the load-in, execution, and load-out of one of the largest annual private events at Walt Disney World. Video setup included four camera IMAG with presentations and graphics/playback.

• Led crews in the safe load in, operation, and load out of small and large A/V and video systems across Walt Disney World. These systems include the use of cameras, projectors, graphics/playback, and switchers for IMAG and presentation scenarios for both internal and external Corporate & Special Events and Conventions. • Chief Video Engineer of the second largest Event/Convention venue at Walt Disney World. Coordinated the Video aspects of Corporate & Special Events and Conventions for the venue. • Provided on-the-job training of video systems and mentorship to fellow Techs, new hires and interns. • Partnered with third parties such as VER and PSAV to obtain A/V equipment and achieve the best possible product for Clients.

Handheld and Studio camera operation (Sony HXC 100, PMW 500) for IMAG scenarios across Walt Disney World. Multiple events in Corporate & Special Events.
