Entertainment and CNN. • Provided crew and equipment for productions with budgets up to $55,000. • Hired over 70 freelance vendors for production jobs and served as main liaison. • Increased company visibility through services such as Production Hub, Share grid, and Thumbtack. • Administrative duties including but not limited to: Monthly expense reports, invoicing, scheduling and call sheets, deal memos and contracts, heavy email correspondence and high volume calls, arranging travel accommodations, preparing script copies and production notes for all client meetings.

Performed tasks such as preparing the set and going on runs requested by each department within the production. Coordinated with team to ensure all employees had necessary materials throughout workday. Prevented any unauthorized elements on the set, or any interference with shooting process.

Directed live show audiences for television programs such as The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, The Talk, Real Time with Bill Maher, The Price is Right, and Hot in Cleveland. Assisted production staff as well as additional audience companies.
