Load-in/load-out of gear, running errands and driving crew to/from shooting locations.

Assisted crew with load-in/load-out, set-up of lights/interview and transporting equipment back to the hotel.

Set up signage, red carpet, lines, etc. prior to the festival. Every day, I would be assigned a different theater that would screen up to 4-5 movies a day. I made sure my theater was prepared for the day's events including lighting, mics for intros/Q&A's and movie queues. I gave my volunteers assigned positions to assist with the screenings such as handing out ballots, checking tickets, ushering and assisting with Q&A's. Following every screening, we would count ballots and I would prepare for my next show.

Coffee/lunch runs, shopping for crafty, helping with load-ins and packing up gear, performing runs when necessary, transporting crew to/from airport.

Went on runs for supplies/crafty shopping, assisted with set-ups for interviews/production design and helped with load-ins/load-outs as well as airport transportation.
