Transcribe all green screen interviews, where attention to detail is key

Prioritize sketch filming backstage. Keep track of Bit length. Take time coded notes on sketches. Design the set of each sketch.

Updating story grids and calendars. Research production topics using the internet, video archives, and other informational sources. Assist EPs in daily tasks such as composing breakdowns and beat sheets. Conducting conference calls between EPs and the network while keeping record. Make sure each scene is stocked with all props needed.

Work closely with production department to verify location and appearance releases. Maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands. Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments. Accompany crew to set to handle release forms as well as ordering lunch.
