*Assist Challenge Producers with stunts and trivia aspect of game show. Create contestant bio’s and corresponding docs. for Story Producers and assist with contestant interviews. Prepare contestants, schedule medical exams, secure completed participant agreements/ challenge rules/ prize docs.

*Research contestant events and activities, create challenge rules document and schedule, coordinate all location logistics with event contacts and secure necessary production releases.

*Establish task specific rules document (i.e. dossier), work with task sponsors in creation of task, source vendors and manage task budget.

*Manage press releases, TV marketing campaign, show tourbook/merchandise. Produce TV show segment, plan premiere, media night and launch party. Coordinate with cast agents and managers, production and vendors.

*Research and execute segment activities, scout locations, obtain paperwork including Location Agreements, Appearance/Product/Artwork/Music Releases.

*Support live team stage producers with planning, development and execution of specialty acts, music acts, spotlight and competition segments. Manage casting information, audition footage, contracts, minor work permits and coogan accounts. Organize, supervise and shoot dance rehearsals.

*Produce creative components for stage including lighting, screen content, stage props, guest performers, wardrobe, music and special effects.

*Facilitate and manage all payroll and union (AFTRA) paperwork for guest performers. Guide show day talent through hair and make-up, camera blocking, sound check, dress rehearsal and live show.

*Assist Executive Producer, Co-Executive Producer(s) and Executive in Charge of Production. Organize Judge’s International travel, filter charity requests and donations, plan all events/parties.

*Assist Production Manager with resumes/interviews, submitting purchase orders and petty cash reconciliation. Transcribe and log various footage, talent assist show hosts.

*Support Production Manager in coordinating all parking and logistical needs, including budget. Coordinate schedule, start paperwork, time cards and payroll for Production Assistants.
