Served as EIC and Line Producer for two seasons, 150 episodes each, of a daytime syndicated courtroom series. This was the first broadcast series to shoot entirely in Lexington, KY, so in addition to overseeing Production, I also aided the company in building out the sound stages in an abandoned multiplex movie theater; from designing dressing rooms to installing a pipe grid, to building a control room from scratch. Our focus was to hire mostly local crew in a city without a deep crew base, which gave us the opportunity to identify potential talent in locals and recent grads to train them up for each position.
