Be in charge of organizing the arrival of talent. Act as the liaison between the EP and production coordinator about the communication of the creative process. As well as, anticipating when to cancel and recruit talent.

Assist the producers and associate producers with errands, crowd control, coordinating pass vans.

Scout for the location of the shoot, contract a company for the equipment needed to film, coordinate shoot time with cast and crew, create the call sheet, assist during the shoot.

Assist on set with the production on set of LAbyrinth, a feature film about Biggie Smalls.

Assist on the production set of Vital Signs with Dr. Dre. Manage entry and noise volume on set, hand out call sheets to 50+ crew members, collect daily time sheets and start-up packets

Assist with the production of a Carl’s Jr. Commercial with guest star Charles Esten. Duties included but not limited to setting up and breaking down viewing village, locking up location, running errands for Charles Esten and the production company

Assist with the equipment and location of the video shoot of a popular country girl band called Honey County.

Coordinate the shoots for every scene (cast, crew, props) for MIAYO the series. ● Create call sheets for shoots. ● Pitch the show to big production companies at the AFM conference.
