Create shareable content that is unapologetically Latino. Strengthen video election strategy to incorporate more experimentation and test more formats that will attract and engage young Latinos. Election coverage focus is to create shareable videos. Increase video production to support at-scale by utilizing Storyhunter and recruiting freelance video producers across the U.S. Work with Director of Editorial to strengthen team structure, team development and team expansion. Work with Director of Editorial to create content strategy for platform priorities, such as YouTube, Snapchat and Instagram. Work with audience development to understand metrics and apply to video production. Coordinate, create and execute video components for special projects such as 2016 elections, MLB partnership, Latin Grammys and Copa America. Streamline and maintain guidelines across all video teams. Work with New Formats Editor to create a roadmap for video format testing. Provide management support across all video teams. Oversee daily production and work with director of video to ensure daily production goals are met. Brainstorm, edit and kill.
