I was the lead Sr. PM on a new family oriented docu series that filmed entirely throughout SoCal during the pandemic. We filmed 9 episodes with covid protocols in place and daily testing for zone A and B crews. Managed multiple shoot locations and worked closely with the logistics team.

Interviewed and hired field production field team such as production coordinators, field coordinators, production assistants, media managers, audio mixers, associate producers, location managers, covid compliance officers. Managed travel and logistics for run of show. Set up Covid testing schedules for all crew working in a bubble.

During The early stages of Covid I collaborated with the EIC and Showrunner to develop Covid protocols for the travel and field on set filming. Helped Crew up and negotiated production office.

On Location Line Producer / Production Manager

Communicate effectively with All producers, dpt. heads, Showrunner, accounting and line producer to effectively run production schedule as construction advances on multiple homes simultaneously. Call Sheets, PR's, Reconcile all Petty Cash, credit card purchases. Manage crafty and crew meals while working closely with field coordinator. Hire and book all crew and PA schedule.

Manage multiple locations in rural areas of the Andes Mountains in South America for an International show. Negotiate with local communities to secure location releases and permission to film. Secure and manage heavy machinery. Manage the field budget and reconcile all petty cash and process local payroll for local drivers and crew, Manage all hotel staff for our production headquarters and oversee all production needs. Establish strong relationships with local mayors and community leaders to gain support and trust for our entire production team. Managed all vendors, deliveries and transportation logistics for Base Camp Load In & out - Wrap Out. Keep budget tracker updated. Work closely with tech, audio, and cam. Manage set build of stage and all structures. Hire, train and manage production team.

Unit PM of a Documentary Series in the Jungles of Panama in Central America. Spearheaded communication between construction, local facilitator, local crews, and all producers. Drove the completion of projects vital for Crew housing and Camera storage during tropical rainy season. Oversaw travel logistics to ensure crew safety protocol and delivery of resources. Managed all releases and fostered strong relationships with locals.

Responsible for locations and proper film permitting with pyrotechnics and car stunts. Pulled proper film permits with film commission. Worked closely on set with executive producers and stunt coordinators to ensure a safe and successful shoot. Managed acquisitions, vehicle prep, and transport of all picture vehicles. Kick started safety meetings prior to stunts and acted as an AD on set. Made sure all camera crew had proper safety equipment and communicated car placements for stunts and pyrotechnics with all crew on set.
