My daily tasks include assisting art department with collection and creation of various props during busy production timelines, as well as working with the producers and directors in the Control Room during tapings. I assist the audience department with outreach and seating during the tapings. Additionally, I work reception answering phone calls from clients, talent, and guests, as well as completing other administrative tasks.

Working closely with the development team on brainstorming sessions, screenings, and research projects across multimedia platforms. Cutting clips of shows and promos for meetings as well as internal distribution. Updating series binders with the latest info on creative and casting decisions.

Research for promotional launches of films. Writing and pitching marketing strategies. Assisting with film screenings and events. Working directly with CBS Films, Screen Gems, Fathom, Warner Brothers, and Paramount.

Writing and scheduling tweets for the Bravo/Oxygen Twitter accounts. Compiling and putting together reports for what is trending among viewers during new episodes. Organizing and pulling footage and photos from Bravo/Oxygen shows for digital content as well as presentations and events.

Social media coordinator for the feature documentary, "The State of Marriage". Organized content and edited photographs for Tumblr and Instagram accounts in conjunction with premiere of the film.

Worked under Meg Liberman in the Casting Office. Organized casting sessions and general meetings with actors. Receptionist for entire office.

Escort for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim talent at Comic-Con 2015.

Edited demo reels and auditions for actors. Ran camera and participated in auditions with clients. Worked on coverage and character breakdowns for talent and literary agents.
