COVID Compliance Officer Certified. Prior to working in production, I worked for (2) years in a lab handling viruses on a daily bases. Also during the height of the pandemic in NY/NJ, I volunteered at a COVID testing site and am experienced keeping people protected from it. I'm first on set and last to leave. I sterilize touch surfaces on-site, hang signage, mark 6-ft distances in common areas, and set up a screening station. As crew arrive, they'll sign-in on the COVID roster list for tracking, get their temperature checked and recorded, answer screening questions, and get a fresh face mask to wear on set. I recommend staggering crew call times slightly as it takes about 5-10min to process each person. I also have screening protocols to be sent with the call sheet so everyone knows what to expect. Once everyone has arrived I'll hold a brief safety meeting going over safety expectations while on set. I'll also wipe down touch surfaces at least once per hour. If possible, I encourage meal times to be staggered when possible. As you might know, typical shared crafty/buffet catering is not permitted. If you need recommendations on how to best navigate crafty/catering let me know. Anything that can be done outside or in a well-ventilated area should be. Hired all crew and negotiated rates on a low budget. Assisted with casting and dealt with all SAG-Aftra paperwork. Created shoot schedule, call sheets, shot list, breakdowns and stripboard. Managed a successful Kickstarter campaign to promote and raise funds for film. Oversaw edit and managed workflow.

Planned entire field shoot - managed budget, booked all crew, rented gear, negotiated rates, arranged travel, managed crafty/catering, created call sheet/schedule, and stayed under budget. Managed payment of all crew/vendors after shoot.

Responsible for hiring and managing PA army, catering and crafty for 300, ordered/managed all expendables, tents, restrooms, printers, internet, hotel blocks, travel and tech scouts. Managed petty cash, pcards, POs, new vendor setup, COIs and tax exempt forms. Responsible for tracking and execution of vendor contracts, contract requests and deal terms. Drafted and sent terms to legal for approval. Managed payroll and payment for vendors and individuals.

- Managed contact sheet, staffing grid, travel grid, credential list, schedule and payroll. Reconciled pcard and petty cash expenses and responsible for cards/cash on site, oversaw purchase orders to pay vendors, created COIs and tax exempt forms, managed Uber and Dropbox accounts, and booked travel. Printed hand cards, mic cubes, credentials and cablecast signage. Hired and managed PAs, created AD kit, managed walkies, managed portable restrooms, provided catering and crafty for 200+ people, prepared offices for 100+ people (including printers and expendables), and managed on site distro tables.

Sole office PA for a studio show. Created contact lists, credential lists, walkie lists, schedules, and local resources list. Did all necessary shopping/runs leading up to shoot. Assisted in finding and hiring PAs for shoot days.

Lead production contact for offsite rehearsals at NEP Studio. Prepared temporary office trailers for 60+ people. Found various pieces of gear and equipment, often last minute, to rent/purchase. Provided crafty for 150+ people and other general PA duties.

Responsible for crafty and catering daily for groups of 15-30 people. Assisted camera with lighting set ups, equipment moves, media/battery swaps, and delivered media at end of day.

Assisted in weekly tapings and wrapping out show. This included organizing wrap party, assisting with load out, reconciling finances including petty cash, P-cards, receipts, invoices, POs, and travel and submitting expense reports.

Worked directly with VIP obtaining credentials, organizing seating, seating VIP, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all VIPs throughout the live taping of 16 episodes.

Sole PA for a four day shoot. Responsible for many duties including releases, runs, driving, and assisted in finding locations.

Drove entire crew to and from location in CT, assisted with setup and breakdown of lighting and gear, and was responsible for lunch and crafty for the crew. In addition, worked closely with stylist to style location and responsible for numerous runs.

Responsibilities include pre-production, set design and staging, gear rentals and returns, crafty, set up/break down equipment, hand model and payroll.

Worked as a PA primarily in the Production Office. Responsible for lunch/crafty, airport runs, various pick-up runs, vehicle prep and production management support.

Reality PA. Assisted reality team in discovering talent for on-camera interviews, delivered talent to producers and various other tasks as needed.

Set PA for Disney on Broadway commercial. Assisted in the setup and breakdown of gear essential to the interview process.

PA for a short film shot over a 3 day period at the World Trade Center. Responsible for all meals for a crew of 40 people while staying under budget. Assisted in preparing call sheets, organizing talent, collecting/managing props and payroll.

Assisted in the filming of 8 documentary features for Little League and ESPN over two weeks. Responsibilities included coordinating logistics, credentials, assisting camera crews, scheduling and production management support.

Provided on-location support for travel series, including coordinating video village, talent and location releases and assisting camera ops.

Set PA for Subway commercial. Roles included coordinating talent, assisting crews and assisting production management with schedule, releases and payroll.
