Helped run auditions by setting up eco-cast, running camera. Made sessions sheets for all casting sessions & any other info on actors needed for casting director binder for current project they were casting. Answered phone left messages. And any other various projects that needed to be completed in the office.

Scheduling Pre Production meetings, ordering lunches to fit within the budget and it was filmed in another city and I was only able to be on set the the few days, keep track of actors specific schedules and limitations. Set up auditions and casted actors.
