Using Avid: Watched down current cuts, interviews, and background footage to be used in clip shows. Pulled footage and strung out Reality & Interviews in Avid to help create packages. Created stringouts in Avid of deliberations and eliminations. Worked with editors and producers to address notes. Searched and pulled footage, created transcripts of footage, and watched down interviews to pull bites.

Carried out story chats for contestants moving on to auditions and middle rounds. Travelled around country to Open Calls to help run the Holding Room; wrangled contestants. Coordinated contestant’s interviews and B-Roll shots on Show Days. In post, organized the music being used and pulled clips for packages.

Managing the day-­‐to-­‐day operations of the office, including: rolling calls, managing expenses, scheduling conference calls, and coordinating meetings for two EPs. • Running production meetings; involved with development of current and future shows. • Writing treatments on a daily basis, researching, and developing potential concepts. • Assisting with development of sizzles.

I drafted emails, managed calendar, organized development meetings, set up appointments, general errands, conducted expense reports, etc.

While at FuseFX, I ordered supplies and equipment, answered/rolled called, drafted emails, maintained office space, organized calendar and events, standard receptionist duties.

Helped on set for culls as well as auditions in St. Louis and Los Angeles. Then was hired on to help out in the office with paperwork and filing.
