Assisted in setting up and taking down equipment, went on supply runs, escorted talent to and from set, and set clean up at the day's end.

In charge of check in for those auditioning and directing them to their designated holding areas.

Blocked foot traffic from walking through the filming, checked over and collected extras' paperwork, efficiently directed 20+ extras from set to holding, as well as background cars being used in the filming.

As a field PA, I handled on set release forms, driving production van, loading and unloading gear, and coordinating crew lunches. When working as an office PA, I helped answering phones, went on supply runs and made copies for the Production Coordinator.

In charge of on set release forms, transporting vehicles and returning them to rental company, as well as assisting in loading and unloading of gear.

In charge of hiring the film’s social media team, acquired rights for songs used in the film, ran craft service, assisted the film’s Production Designer, made sure filming stayed on schedule.

Helped the commercial’s director set up different sets for each day, dealing with both camera and lighting, as well as the props used in the filming. Was in charge of both breakfast and lunch for the cast and crew (pick up, distribution, discarding). Pick-up and delivery of any packages important to filming.

Assisted in set dressing, assuring continuity of objects through numerous days of filming, and taking the set apart when the day’s filming was done. Worked overnight, helping with various tasks such as directing traffic, assisting the boom operator, and running errands to help spur the production along.

Coordinated the times of availability of the women interviewed in our film, as well as making sure that our crew stayed on schedule. Helped develop insightful interview questions, supported the women post-interview if needed, logged the shots for each of the interviews and the filming of the narrator (Alexa Vega).

Oversaw scheduling of not only the short film (starring Wizards of Waverly Place’s Jennifer Stone), but also the training of the teenagers that helped make the film. Coordinated all of the activities on set, assuring that everything went smoothly and the cast and crew were happy.

One of twenty teens selected from over 5,000 applicants to create, produce and direct a music video for the Grammy winning artist, Usher.
