• Develop visual direction for marketing campaigns that focus on key business objectives such as fan engagement. • Develop annual budget focused on supporting immediate and long-term business objectives. • Oversee all aspects of In-Game Stadium Entertainment for Coolray Field a 10,500 seat Stadium. • Maintain a high level of communication between departments, and clients to ensure a contract fulfillment. • Oversee the day to day operations of Creative Services, Production, Promotions and Community Affairs departments. • Design graphics and collaborate on written content for the Tomahawk Talk publication and GwinnettBraves.com • Maintain media relationships by posting regular highlights, newsletters and events via social media and other digital platforms. • Select, manage and mentor a staff of 30 students interested in pursuing careers in broadcasting and media. • Communicate with governing body to program and execute MLB and MiLB initiatives across all required platforms. • Oversee the ordering, overall maintenance and repair of all control room and broadcast equipment. • Create graphics and motion graphics as needed. • Hire, manage payroll and train a production, promotion and game entertainment staff of approximately 70-80 individuals. • Generate all Spanish language collateral.
