Load and unload equipment, setup and break down lights (diva, joker, 1x1 LED), assist DP by arranging or modifying practical lighting in each home, keep talent and crew hydrated and fed, go on small errands for producer, transport crew and/or equipment in Uhaul box truck and minivan

Assisted in setup and tear down of casting room, prepped contestants about to enter the room on what they would be expected to do and say, alerted casting producers when the time limit of each session arrived

Synched all takes with appropriate sound clips, assembled final cut of the picture, edited with Redcode Raw clips in their native format

Build barricades around the set, go on runs to pick up necessary items for the set, assist in the dismantling and packing of the jumbotron, escort contestants to interview locations

Hired all 20 or so crew members and over 80 actors, handled accounting, created and sent out daily call sheets, assembled financing, performed all preproduction planning including script breakdown and budgeting

Acted as liaison between the production and all owners or managers of shoot locations, coordinated fees and hours production had access to each location, acquired and filed necessary permits with city governments
