Coordinated with agent’s assistants and networks to manage calendars, communicate meeting times, and help schedule pitch meetings. Tasked with taking meeting notes, organizing casting lists, pitch lists, and research for tri-weekly development meetings. In addition to these responsibilities, I managed office tasks such as printing materials, creating office orders, tracking expense reports, maintenance orders, and more
