Responsible for researching and contacting potential cast using all forms of outreach including Google, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Craigslist, and old-fashioned pavement pounding. Pre-interviewed possible cast members, and recorded Skype interviews with whoever was moved forward in the casting process. Also responsible for writing one-sheets for all possible cast members.

Collaborate with team to find and book couples to appear on show. Responsible for administering pre-interviews with potential show guests and writing show packets for upcoming shows. Co-ordinates all show logistics including booking sheets, travel information, evidence needs, prepping guests and managing any issues that may arise on shoot day.

Responsible for basic assistant duties such as: rolling calls, managing the executives' calendars, creating and submitting expense reports, and ordering office supplies. Also responsible for assisting the development department with tasks including, but not limited to: research, editing written materials, coordinating sizzle shoots, and assisting with brainstorming for project development.

Assist the executive and co-executive producers. Responsibilities include managing the show’s distribution schedule, acting as liaison between the show and station groups, organizing the executives’ calendars, and handling expense reports. Other duties include new project development with the Executive Producer, rolling calls, and any other tasks required.

Assist producers in booking cases for two daytime court shows. Responsibilities include cold-calling litigants, pitching potential cases to executive producers, and writing descriptions of cases for the judge. Other tasks include upkeep of kitchen and office, managing all crew lists, and assisting the accounting and legal departments when needed.

Responsibilities included keeping office and kitchen stocked, answering phones, getting quotes for producers, ensuring all bills were paid on time, casting for new shows, updating development grids, and pitching new shows to the executive producers.
