Booked hotels and transportation for cast and crew. Wrote field notes for each shoot day. Logged and inputted personal releases, location agreement, materials releases, etc.

I assisted in booking flights for our eight cast member that lived in different parts of the country. I assisted in making hotel reservations for our cast and crew, Managed personal, material, and clip releases, and also location agreements. Was transportation for all “on location” and studio shoots, wrangled talent, and handled releases for all street shot segments.

I assisted our Gaffer and set lights and flags up for each set up we had.

I was swing so I helped out both or Key Grip and Gaffer. I set up lights and rigging and also helped with some of our practical effects we used for the shoot.
