Operating pedestal cameras, sometimes all three for one or more half hour long shows, running teleprompter, general studio maintenance; some work with the Street Team at local events, such as Panthers games or miscellaneous conventions.

Assisted with Casting Call. Made sure applicants' forms were complete. Notified contestants of their call back time via phone and e-mail.

Handled Key PA responsibilities, coordinated vehicular issues, acted as second AD- took time notes, out times, helped coordinate talent, releases. Had charge of 3-4 PAs, took story notes, completed Fedex, crafty, and other supply runs. Drove various production vehicles, from a Bobcat to a 15 passenger van, led convoys, managed 30 walkies.

Fedex Kinko's errands (making cue cards, signs), assisted Coordinators with necessary tasks, sign placement, driver.

Assisted with office tasks: filing/administering paperwork, handling/sorting petty cash, scans/copies, assisted assembling pre-production books, itemizing equipment. Coordinated catering & talent, brought talent to set at requested times, shuttled talent and crew between locations, completed various errands (wardrobe returns, equipment returns, airport runs, Fedex runs, production supply/food runs).

Administered release forms, drove cast member, errands, lunch run, ran batteries, equipment, and water to crew.

Runner PA - accomplished any and all runs, handled petty cash, working lunches, driving.

Receiving and administering Extra and Talent releases, cueing, coordinating Extras and Talent while making sure they made it to all 11 locations at the appropriate times.
