As three separate units were filming, my responsibility was keeping everyone quiet on set if one unit was rolling. I also was the stunt unit PA and helped them set up and clean up for stunt-specific filming.

This is my fourth time managing post for this series. I handle all client communication and upload videos/images to the required portals. I obtain music licenses. I create music cue sheets and recipe forms. I work directly with the editors to ensure all client feedback has been met.

We filmed at a busy food truck festival in St. Paul, MN. I was responsible for releasing everyone we saw on camera (roughly 200 releases by EOD). I found participants willing to try and comment on new foods on camera with the host.

With a small crew, we filmed vertical video for a new internet series. I was responsible for capturing time-lapse video around the Viking's football stadium. I also fire-watched and kept track of all gear during a busy Vikings game.

This was a 5 day overnight shoot. I created the call sheets, parking maps, compiled weather information, and was the point of contact for all crew and talent. I confirmed talent call times and booked talent hotels. I created and printed talent pages for the HMU artists.

This was a fast-paced documentary shoot including police ride-alongs in dangerous areas of Minneapolis. I drove crew and gear in the production van. I was responsible for DIT as we shot continuously for hours straight and needed to free up cards quickly.

I updated tournament scores real-time to the FloSports live stream. I helped set up the live cameras and would check to ensure the frame hadn't shifted throughout the day.

I helped set up and breakdown gear between five different shoot locations. I assisted with lighting each scene and staging props. I also stayed behind to wrap/clean each location, so the crew could move along and stay on schedule.

I mostly acted as the 2nd AC, while our AC was operating B Cam. I assisted the AC with loading gear in/out, setting up sticks, and swapping cards and batteries. I also drove the camera van between locations, ordered and picked up crew lunch, and acted as a stand-in.

My main responsibility was driving the crew in a 12 person passenger van. I sourced where to rent the van in Minneapolis. I picked up crew lunches and coordinated rides to/from the airport.

I purchased props and set decor based on client request and feedback. I was resourceful by searching through the Best Buy props storage unit rather than purchasing all new props. I purchased and coordinated crafty and meals for the crew.

I handled all client communication and reciprocated client feedback to our editor. I created the post production schedule and ensured my team was meeting our scheduled delivery dates. I uploaded all files and assets to the three required network delivery portals.

I obtained all music licenses for the six episodes. I was quality control before delivering any assets to the client to ensure our editor had made the requested changes. I handled all client communication and reciprocated client feedback to our editor.

I stuck with this project from pre-pro to wrap. During pre-pro, I spearheaded Snowbate and filing receipts. On set, I was responsible for teaching and guiding many PA's who were new to the industry. I delegated tasks to PAs and I was the AD's right hand (wo)man.

During this event, I worked with the film crew in creating fan experience videos, musical set videos, and vendor videos. I created the call sheet, distributed credentials, coordinated breaks and substitute camera ops, and generally took care of my crew during an extremely hot day.

I was responsible for handling client communication and delivering feedback to our editor. I oversaw all tasks for the editor and organized deliverables. I uploaded and delivered assets to separate portals.

I assisted in series development by sourcing local chefs throughout six southern cities. I researched our featured chefs based on cooking style and also southern family values. I coordinated the travel/shoot schedules based on talent and crew availability.

I was the assistant and driver for the President of Showtime Sports and Evening Entertainment during Super Bowl week. I was on-call for 8 days to drive and assist with whatever his team needed (ie. going to interviews, Super Bowl parties, etc).

My main responsibility was purchasing and returning art. The DP gave me direction of his vision, so I was able to purchase in-home art such as paintings, flowers, and plants. I also helped set up and tear down gear, ordered and picked up meals, etc.

On this shoot, I was able to source locations in a very short amount of time. I was the person of contact between locations and our crew. I assisted in scouting and securing six locations for a two day shoot.

I was the agency driver during the locations scout and tech scout. I purchased wardrobe/props as well as crafty for the crew. After the shoot, I completed the wardrobe returns. I created a PC expense report at the end of the job.

I coordinated logistics for this traveling shoot. I helped G&E with lighting setup and breakdown. I collected all appearance releases and was a main driver. I assisted as an AC during one of the shoot days.

My main responsibility was collecting appearance releases from every person within the restaurants we filmed at. As the local PA, I was able to provide locations for B-roll footage throughout Minneapolis. I was the driver for camera crew, producers, and talent.

I assisted in setting up our mobile studio for interviews. I obtained filming permits for specific locations. I collected lunch orders. I was also a superb stand-in.

During this shoot, I created Time Cards for all contracted employees. I collected appearance releases. I applied makeup to the talent when needed. I helped set up shots as a set dresser.

This was a week long shoot that included a few weeks of prep work. I obtained filming permits from the city of Grand Forks, ND. I coordinated the legal process of registering our production company as a ND vendor. I purchased crafty and was one of the main drivers during the shoot.

Researched possible shoot locations and compiled options for the director. Booked hotels, rental cars, and car services for the traveling crew. Reached out and locked in shoot locations in the required cities. Created the logistics documents, call sheets, and prepro book. Logged receipts and created an expense report.

This was a very rewarding non-profit video to work on. I drove the gear from Minneapolis to Chicago. My main responsibility was driving crew to locations. I loved hearing the persevering stories from those Acción has helped out.

For these videos, I was responsible for purchasing wardrobe that correlated with agency mood boards. Based on client responses at the fitting, I revised the wardrobe selection. On set, I steamed the garments, organized accessories, and touched up talent wardrobe between takes. I compiled and logged all wardrobe receipts.

On set, I drove talent to and from locations. I helped coordinate parking and navigate people to set. I was also frequently a stand in.

I was the person of contact for all film crew members for any questions or concerns. I coordinated parking, event passes, walkies, craft, and safety. I created and distributed the call sheet.

This was a BEAUTIFUL Film for Good highlighting a man with a great heart. I was lucky to be on set for this one. I helped with lighting, audio, and releases.

This was a very talent heavy video. I was responsible for ensuring all talent had correct and matching wardrobe. I compiled wardrobe options for the directors to choose from on set. All wardrobe had to be movement friendly as there were multiple dance numbers. I also danced in a few of the numbers myself :)

I was the point of contact for talent. I helped talent and crew navigate Target Field to the correct shoot locations. I was responsible for walkies and purchasing craft.

I helped compile and organize wardrobe for the talent. I collected appearance releases, tax documents, and timecards from talent. I followed along with the script and fed lines when needed while filming.

I was responsible for collecting appearance and location releases, compiling and logging receipts, crew lunch, and coordinating parking. I helped set up G&E equipment and audio equipment.

On set, I was mainly responsible for the location and well-being of our main talent. In the office, I created expense reports, logged receipts, and helped to create a wrap book.

On set, I was largely in charge of craft services and crew lunch. I was responsible for all contact with talent for this commercial and coordinating their wardrobe.

I was the on-set wardrobe hand while our stylist would prep talent and extras for the next spot. Reset the talent's jewelry between takes. Assisted with wardrobe returns and logged receipts. Took notes from the client and made wardrobe changes accordingly.

Shop for craft, order and pick up breakfast, call talent to confirm they understand how to get to the location, meet talent at location and direct them to HMU, assist art department set up and strike sets.
