Responsible for releasing "Contestants" and "Appearances" during production of Fuse's "Billy On The Street." I served as a direct liaison between the shows producers and participants. Additional responsibilities included: securing contestants for games, controlling crowds when celebrities were on set, and running prizes.

General PA duties including: assisting in equipment setup and breakdown, running errands, and acting as the liaison between different parts of the hospital being used for filming, holding, makeup, etc.

Organized distribution, public relations, and production teams through a 5-week promotional plan for the New York theatrical release of “Dislecksia: The Movie” Served as a direct executive assistant to the director while in New York for the release Delegated daily tasks to seven employees

Responsible for organizing the transport of 15 crew members from CT to ME. Scheduled 4 overnight shoots across 3 towns in Maine. Served as the liaison between the director and crew, especially when shooting in tight spaces such as lighthouses.

Worked closely with the script department on distributing scripts, updating drafts, and maintaining records. Aided in the research and drafting of a guide for new employees. Assisted the production team in daily tasks. Gave studio tours.

Organized the set dressings, costumes, and weaponry for all cast and extras. Responsible for designing SFX makeup and props. Supervised 2 assistants. Supported the production team when necessary.

Responsible for maintaining the organization of a 20 person cast and crew across 2 different locations. Served as a liaison between the director and the crew to filter through high-level concerns.
