For this national commercial honoring US soccer star Landon Donovan on the occasion of his retirement, I pulled permits, assisted in securing locations, and coordinated casting and work permits for 10 nonactors under 18.

I assisted agency producers with research, talent management, budget creation and tracking, post production supervision, voice over and sound sessions, schedules and contracts, vendor relations, and licensing. I also supervised internal production and post, overseeing a team of animators and editors.

Coordinated five field producers on the groud in different cities and five research assistants in the office. Established relationships with talent candidates via cold calling to vet their suitability and schedule interview appointments. Developed idea and pitch concurrently with search. Final pitch lead to a pilot purchase.

Researched and located expert members of the restoration and renovation community. Recorded interviews with potential hosts on the phone, in person, and via Skype video. Designed dossiers on candidates. Maintained meticulous records of all communications

I worked in the development/production department on reality docu and format pitches, pilots and series. My duties included generating new ideas in daily brainstorms, research, writing onesheets and loglines, logging footage, working with editors, giving and receiving pitch tape notes, locating and developing relationships with talent, and much more.
