Running for band, band's private chef. Made runs to several specialty store around Salida for food to cook with. Several airport runs to pick up and drop off VIPs of GOTR. Each trip was a 7 hour round trip drive through the mountains and Denver in a 15 passenger van.

I was the project manager, producer, AD and lighting tech for the shoot. 3 of us designed the set and set up all the truss, lighting, drape, gear etc. As AD I got us finished on time and with all the shots we needed. Finished video http://youtu.be/0ONlC_ZbLRI

Creating call sheets for cast and crew, manage PA's, wardrobe, props, and food for each day. On set, keep time flow, problem solve with the director. After filming, gear is set, powered, props organized and the next day is ready. Organize all film documents and logs. Slate.

All pre-production. Casting, location scout, call sheet creator, organize crew for all shoots for 800 30-40sec short films in Colorado in 2.5 months. Contact all crew and talent for each shoot day. Prepare actors with scripts and locations. Prepare crew with all scripts and site locations for each shooting day.

Driver for crew, producers, directors, hair and makeup, wardrobe following their celebrity, and VIPs in a timely manner. Assisted the Art Director on tasks for set up. Worked with crowed control to gather audience for promotional shots. Drove to airport and to the venue.

Drive box trucks for company, set event lighting, stage, decor, drape, sound, and live event assistance. Also in charge of newer crew to assign tasks and delegate tasks that need to be done.

Help run gear, help organize people in the event for film shots and interviews. Grabbed any batteries needed for the camera or other gear needed.

Shoot some B-Roll, carry and set up small Jib arm.
